Ashlee Simpson in April of 2008 arriving at the Conde Nast Traveler Celebrates 8th Annual Hot List Party.  She sported an emo hairstyle with her cute black dress and long  stand of pearls. The hairstyle was topped off with a braid on top of her head – super cute!
